Saturday – Dec 27th

Player Party and Registration – 3pm – 6pm at the Host Hotel – The Westin San Antonio North

Please fill out this WAIVER online prior to Winter Nationals.  You will need to present this (from your phone) at registration to participate in the event. 

Please fill out Pre-Registration Form prior to coming to player registration/party on Dec 27th.

Retained Coach Information – Please fill this form out if you are bringing a unrelated coach and verify that they are Safe Play approved.

Only coaches that are Safe Play Approved may be on a practice court with their player on site. This DOES NOT apply to parents who are coaching their kids.
